Rice Dressing(Club Member: Lee Higginbotham) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans beef broth
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) mushrooms
    2 c. rice
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    plenty chopped green onions
    plenty chopped parsley
    plenty red and black pepper
    salt
Preparation
    Add all together in rice cooker and turn on. Must stir every 10 minutes. Add little water if it begins to stick before automatic bell rings.
