Microwave Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. stew meat
2 Tbsp. flour
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. beef bouillon
1 tsp. savory
1/4 tsp. garlic
4 carrots, cut up
3 potatoes, cut up
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Coat meat with flour and salt.
Combine soup, water, onion, bouillon, savory and garlic.
Stir in meat.
Cook covered on Medium 35 minutes.
Stir in carrots, cut up.
Cook on Medium 5 minutes. Add potatoes, cut up.
Cook on Medium 30 minutes.
Stir together cornstarch with 1/2 cup water.
Blend into meat mixture.
Cook uncovered on High until thickened and bubbly, about 3 minutes.
