Apple Yambake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 apples, sliced
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 (17 oz.) cans yams, drained
1/4 c. margarine
2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Toss
apples
and
nuts
with
combined brown sugar and cinnamon.
Alternate layers of apples and yam in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Dot with margarine.
Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Sprinkle marshmallows over yams and apples; broil until lightly browned.
