White Sauce(This Is An Excellent Sauce, Good With Any Vegetable.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted
    1/4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable stock (from the peas, etc.)
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix flour, vegetable stock and milk together, then add melted oleo; heat to boiling or until thick (stirring constantly).
    Add seasonings after sauce is cooked.
    Makes 4 servings.
