Mostaccioli With Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hot sausage
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
16 oz. can chopped tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. water
8 oz. mostaccioli pasta, cooked and drained
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Brown sausage, onion and pepper, then drain off fat.
Heat tomatoes, paste and water.
Add seasonings.
Stir in pasta, already cooked.
Pour all ingredients into a casserole dish.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
