Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. half and half
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
white grapes
Preparation
-
Cook chicken, chop up, add celery.
Mix other ingredients together and stir into chicken.
Add white grapes and pecans. Serve in a cantaloupe ring or on lettuce.
