Tamale Bites - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. Mexican cornbread
1 1/4 oz. pkg. taco seasoning
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 egg
1 lb. ground beef or deer
Preparation

Combine cornbread mix, taco mix and salt with tomato sauce. Add cheese and egg.
Add ground beef.
Shape into balls, walnut size.
Bake 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Very good.
