All-Season Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen strawberries
    2 medium oranges
    1 (8 3/8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. water
    1 box powdered pectin
Preparation
    Thaw berries and crush thoroughly.
    Grate rind of one orange and add 1/2 teaspoon to berries.
    Peel oranges and remove seeds, crush and add to berries.
    Measure 1 1/2 cups of fruit mixture into large bowl.
