Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. potatoes, sliced
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Grease 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
Put half of potatoes in the dish.
Make a sauce out of the other ingredients.
Put half of the sauce over the potatoes.
Use the other half of the potatoes on top and cover with the other half of the sauce mixture.
Bake, covered, for 50 minutes at 375\u00b0.
