Canning String Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 1/2 qt. string beans, strung and broken into pieces
water
1 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salt
Preparation
-
Cover string beans with water.
Add vinegar, sugar and salt. Boil 20 minutes.
Pack into sterilized hot jars.
Put lids on tight.
Keep out of drafts.
Bottles will seal.
