Better Breakfast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix together first 4 ingredients.
    Add egg, slightly beaten. Mix in milk and oil gently until flour disappears.
    Put in greased muffin pan.
    Makes 12 muffins.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 22 minutes.
    Goes great with a main meal.
    Next day butter and put under broiler to toast.
