Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped, toasted pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to
    375\u00b0.
    In
    medium bowl, cream butter, shortening and sugars
    until
    light
    and fluffy.
    Beat in eggs and vanilla.
    Beat
    in dry ingredients until blended.
    Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
    Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto 2 ungreased cookie
    sheets.
    Bake 12 minutes until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.\tMakes 6 dozen.
