Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled and removed from bones
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 bag Dorito chips
Preparation

Mix soups, tomatoes, cheese and onions.
In casserole dish, place layer of Doritos in bottom.
Put half of chicken on Doritos and half of soup mixture on chicken.
Repeat layers.
Top with Doritos.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
