Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. salad dressing
    4 c. cooked cubed potatoes
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, pepper and mustard. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; gradually beat in well beaten eggs. Cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
    Beat in salad dressing.
    Toss together remaining ingredients.
    Pour on dressing.
    Toss gently.
    Adjust seasoning, if necessary.
    Makes 6 servings.
