Sausage-Egg Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. sliced or fresh mushrooms
    6 slices white bread, cubed
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine sausage and mushrooms in large skillet after cooking sausage.
    Saute mushrooms until tender.
    Place bread cubes in lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Top with sausage and mushroom mixture and Cheddar cheese.
