Quickie Chicken L'Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, skinned and cut in eighths
    3 oz. orange juice concentrate
    1 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. no sugar added orange marmalade
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0 (165\u00b0C).
    Put chicken pieces in a baking dish.
    Combine the other ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake until chicken is tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
