Orange Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. grated orange rind
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix like you would any other bread.
Pour into greased and floured pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bread tests done. Cool in pans.
