Lynn'S Company Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans sliced white potatoes
    2 pkg. dried beef
    1 doz. eggs
    6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter
    in
    a large skillet.
    Shred dried beef and brown. Add
    potatoes
    and brown.
    Scramble eggs with milk and pour over potatoes.
    Add
    Cheddar
    cheese after eggs begin to gel.
    Cook eggs to desired consistency.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
