Keiv Chicken(Russia) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/3 cup white wine
    1/3 cup green onion chopped
    1/3 cup parsley chopped
    2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
    3/4 cup butter
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 1/2 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375F.
    In a 2 quart saucepan, melt butter. In a small pie pan, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, basil, and garlic salt.
    Mix well.
    Dip chicken breast in melted butter then roll into bread crumbs to coat.
    Place chicken in a lightly greased baking dish.
    Bake for 50-60 minutes or until done.
    While chicken is baking, add wine, onion, and parsley to remaining melted butter.
    When chicken is golden brown, pour butter sauce over and around chicken.
    Return to oven, bake for 5 minutes more or until sauce is hot.
    Serve with wild rice.
