Jalapeno Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 can jalapeno relish
    2 lb. box Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and sausage; drain.
    Add onion, pepper, Ro-Tel and relish.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Add cheese and simmer, stirring until cheese is melted.
