Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. mashed carrots
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, grated
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    6 to 8 oz. sharp cheese
    Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs
Preparation
    Sprinkle Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs over top; salt and pepper to taste.
    Put in greased casserole dish.
    Add pepper, onion, salt, pepper and grated cheese on top.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for over 20 minutes.
