Broccoli-Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium-size or 3 large unpeeled baking potatoes, scrubbed
    1 tsp. butter, melted
    3 stalks broccoli (about 1 lb.), stems peeled
    1 c. grated Cheddar
    1/3 c. low-fat milk
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Brush the skins of potatoes with butter and score them down the middle lengthwise.
    Bake them for 45 to 60 minutes or until tender.
