Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 or more large carrots
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. flour (plain)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. skim milk
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation
    Mix butter with stuffing mix and set aside.
    Slice carrots and cook until almost done.
    Drain.
    Saute onion in melted butter.
    Add flour, salt, dry mustard, celery salt and milk.
    Cook, stirring until thickened.
