Chili Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

flour tortillas
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 can chili
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
margarine, melted
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook and stir beef and 2 tablespoons onion until beef is brown; drain.
Stir in chili, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover, simmer 10 minutes.
