Chicken Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken pieces, skinned
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2-inch pieces ginger, chopped
2 tsp. cumin seed, ground
3 Tbsp. natural yogurt
4 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. turmeric
pinch of chili powder
1 tsp. pepper
2 onions, chopped
salt
Preparation

Place the garlic, ginger, turmeric, cumin, chili pepper, coriander and yogurt in a large bowl with salt to taste.
Mix well.
Add chicken and leave for 4 hours; turn occasionally. Heat the oil in the pan; add the onion and fry until golden. Add the chicken and marinade.
Bring to simmering point; cover and cook for about 30 minutes, until the chicken is tender.
