Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cooking oil
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. finely sliced apples
cinnamon and sugar
powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix together the first 5 ingredients at high speed for 10 minutes.
Add flour, salt, baking powder and nuts.
Mix.
