Zucchini Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 3/4 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine eggs, sugar, oil, lemon juice and lemon peel.
    Beat until well blended.
    Add zucchini.
    Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
    Stir into zucchini mixture and then fold in nuts.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.
    Cool in pan.
    Frost with glaze, if desired.
