Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    hot sauce (if desired)
    water
    1 large can refried beans
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Saute ground beef and onion.
    Add taco seasoning.
    Add water. Cook 5 minutes.
    Add refried beans and mushroom soup.
    Cook 10 minutes; put in oblong baking dish.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake until cheese melts.
    Serve hot with nacho chips.
