Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. white sugar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 or 3 Tbsp. rolled raw oats
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 c. Kellogg's Bran Flakes cereal
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine bran flakes and milk.
    Let stand a couple of minutes to soften.
    Add beaten egg and oil and mix well. Stir together other ingredients in another bowl, add to cereal mixture.
    Stir only until combined.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 in lightly greased muffin pan.
    Makes 12 muffins.
