Indian Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
2 heaping Tbsp. cornmeal
1 Tbsp. melted shortening
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix the egg, milk and shortening together.
Combine with sifted dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Bake in greased muffin pan for about 20 minutes.
