Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini, unpeeled
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add sugar, oil, vanilla and zucchini. Mix well.
    Add flour, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and nuts.
    Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves two loaves.
