Raspberry Glazed Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    6 Tbsp. seedless raspberry jam
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3 large cloves, garlic, smashed
    3/4 c. balsamic vinegar
    4 lb. chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded
    nonstick cooking spray
    2 scallions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Two hours or day before serving:
    In medium bowl combine salt, pepper, jam, mustard, garlic and vinegar.
    Whisk until mixed.
