Boston Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beans
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/2 lb. salt pork
    1 heaping Tbsp. brown mustard
Preparation
    Soak 2 pounds beans overnight.
    Cover with cold water and heat until skins pop.
    In beanpot, combine beans with all other ingredients.
    Cover with water and cook 7 to 8 hours at 250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0.
    Add water every hour and a half or as needed.
