Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine cheese, soup, onion, margarine, 1/4 salt, pepper and sour cream.
    Mix well.
    Fold in hash browns. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Combine corn flakes and 1 tablespoon margarine and sprinkle over potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
