Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    5 tsp. Morton cure salt
    2 tsp. hickory smoke salt
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    3 tsp. mustard seed
    3 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator (mix 3 times during this time).
    Shape into loaves.
    Bake on broiler pan.
    Put meat thermometer in center of a loaf; when it reaches 170\u00b0, it is done.
    Bake at 250\u00b0.
