Scotch Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 lb. raisins
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add raisins which have been cooked, about 5 minutes.
    Set aside.
    Mix sour cream, eggs and a little milk together.
    Then add a little of the wet to the dry and roll out.
    Cut with knife.
    Continue until all dry ingredients are used.
    If you don't think you will have enough wet mixture, add milk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 12 minutes.
