Tracey And John'S Homemade Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream (16 oz.)
    2 c. milk
    8 c. water
    a big chunk butter
    1 Tbsp. chives
    10 potatoes or more
    2 c. carrots
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1 c. celery
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    You will need a large stockpot.
    Slowly heat milk, water, sour cream and butter.
    Peel and wash potatoes. Cut into 1-inch cubes. Dice up carrots, onions and celery. Sprinkle in chives.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Let cook 2 hours or until all is tender. Best served on a cold Sunday afternoon!
