Wheatsworth Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. Wheatsworth flour
    2 eggs, beaten separately
    5 tsp. baking powder
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.
    Add beaten egg yolks and mix.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in the butter and fold in beaten egg whites.
    Fill well-greased muffin tins 2/3 full of batter.
    Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) for about 20 minutes. Makes 24 small or 12 large muffins.
