Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    3 eggs
    1 medium onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
    handful of bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender.
    Let cool.\tWhip in eggs until
    fluffy
    (do not beat too hard).
    Top with heavily buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 about 40 minutes.
