Sourdough Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (part whole wheat)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. sourdough starter
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
    Cut in butter as for regular biscuits.
    Stir in starter until well mixed.
    Turn onto lightly floured surface; knead very lightly.
    Roll dough 1/2-inch thick and cut into small rounds.
    Place on buttered baking sheet. Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for about 10 minutes.
    Watch these because they burn quickly.
