Potato Beoreg(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    1 lb. ground beef or lamb
    2 onions, chopped
    3/4 c. parsley, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    3 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Fry meat until cooked; add onions and parsley.
    Cook until onions are soft.
    Season meat with salt and allspice.
    Peel potatoes.
    Cook in salted water until tender; drain.
    Mash with butter or margarine.
