Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head broccoli (tops and tender stems)
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. chopped red onion
    8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots (or grated)
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Let stand for one hour before serving.
