Crab And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white rice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
Preparation

Cook rice.
Turn soup into saucepan. Stir in milk, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice; heat to simmer. Stir in half of the cheese and drained crab meat.
Mix with hot cooked rice. Turn into shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 15 minutes until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Serve.
Makes 5 to 6 servings.
