Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. potatoes, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 stick margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated American cheese
Preparation

In saucepan combine potatoes, onions and salt.
Add enough water to cover potatoes.
Cook until tender, drain.
Place potatoes in casserole which has been lightly greased.
Sprinkle flour over potatoes.
Pour milk over potatoes.
Dot with margarine.
Cover with grated cheese and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
