Jill'S White Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    2/3 to 3/4 box powdered sugar (3 to 3 1/2)
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff;
    add sugar, shortening and vanilla alternately.
    Covers one cake.
    Very good.
