Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 large sweet potatoes baked
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened milk
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon flavor
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 pie shells
1 tsp. nutmeg
1-1/2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 unbake 10 inch pie shell
Preparation

Bake sweet potatoes at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Remove the skin while the potato is still hot.
Mixer can be used to mix potatoes well with butter, flour, vanilla extract, sugar, spices, salt and milk.
Divide mixture evenly into pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hours.
Serve with Cool Whip.
