Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar, divided (1/2 c. plus 1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp.)
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour, divided (2 plus 2)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar and warm water; set aside. Scald milk; stir in margarine and 1/2 cup sugar. Cool to lukewarm. Add eggs, salt and 2 cups flour; beat thoroughly. Add dissolved yeast and remaining flour. Beat 5 minutes. Cover and let set in a warm place to rise until doubled in size.
