Peanut Butter Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. Skippy or super chunk peanut butter

Preparation

In a small bowl with mixer at high speed, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until mixture holds stiff peaks when beater is raised.
Add sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating well after each addition.
