Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    grated peel of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; pour into a loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
