Turkey With Mushroom-Wine Sauce(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (about 1 lb.) pkg. fresh turkey breast tenderloins *
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. (10 3/4 oz.) chicken broth
    1/4 c. dry sherry (optional)
    4 servings spinach pasta, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Broil tenderloins 5 inches from heat for 10 minutes; turn and broil 10 minutes more.
    Meanwhile, lightly brown mushrooms in butter.
    Combine cornstarch, garlic powder, chicken broth and sherry.
    Add to mushrooms and cook on medium, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Serve over broiled tenderloins and spinach pasta.
    Makes 2 to 4 servings.
